PIETA
Inspired by sacred imagery, including echoes of the Pietà, this contemporary dance work weaves together the deeply personal and the profoundly universal. Through the movement of four performers, the spectator explores the emotional landscapes of grief, loss and love, revealing how individual experiences of sorrow can become shared moments of connection, compassion and resilience.
As the dancers move between solitude and togetherness, the performance reflects on the ways we carry absence, seek comfort and find strength in one another. Balancing vulnerability with physical intensity, the work invites audiences into a moving reflection on what it means to mourn, to heal and, ultimately, to remain deeply human.
